Rebel Wilson expresses regret over the incident with Sacha Baron Cohen

While the passages in question have been redacted from copies of her memoir in certain countries, including the UK, Rebel Wilson has continued to reflect on her unpleasant experience working with Sacha Baron Cohen, with the actress and comedian admitting her regret over the incident.

The two starred together in the disastrous box office flop The Brothers Grimsby in 2016, where Wilson played the partner of Cohen’s Nobby Butcher and the mother of his 11 children. When it was revealed that Wilson’s memoir included a chapter titled “Sacha Baron Cohen and Other Assholes,” which described the worst moments of her professional life, Cohen attempted to sue his former partner over the allegations, which he believed were false and defamatory.
