An Ohio man is accused of stabbing another man to death in Toledo on Saturday, police said.

Officials said Gilberto Sanchez confronted the victim Saturday night about allegedly sexually assaulting Sanchez’s girlfriend.

Sanchez eventually pulled out a knife and cut the other man several times, police wrote in the arrest report.

Sanchez, 50, was booked into the Lucas County Jail on a charge of assault and is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
