Southport stabbings latest: Taylor Swift posts after attack in dance class – as two dead and others fight for their lives | UK news

Taylor Swift fans have raised more than £20,000 for the victims of yesterday’s attack in Southport.

A Taylor Swift-themed dance class was held at the scene of the attack, in which two children died and several others were injured. Fans of the artist have set up a “Just Giving” page where people can contribute to funeral costs and support the victims.

Organiser Cristina Jones wrote: “We are working with Alder Hey Children’s Hospital to raise money for the families affected by the tragedy in Southport and to raise funeral funds for the two young Swifties who tragically passed away.”

Almost £23,000 has been raised so far.
