Missouri State Highway Patrol arrests 14 people in northern Missouri from July 24-27, 2024

The Missouri State Highway Patrol recently released a report detailing the number of arrests in Northern Missouri between July 24, 2024 and July 27, 2024. The report states that a total of 14 people were arrested during this time period. The reasons for these arrests include, but are not limited to, driving under the influence of alcohol (DWI), careless or imprudent operation of a motor vehicle, and outstanding warrants.

Brenton C. Sweet, 30, of Papillion, Nebraska, was arrested on July 24, 2024 at 6:32 a.m. in Holt County. He was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence (DWI) and careless or imprudent operation of a motor vehicle causing an accident. Sweet was held in the Holt County Jail for 12 hours.

Joshua A. Goodlow, 40, of Chicago, Illinois, was arrested on July 25, 2024 at 9:13 a.m. in Clinton County. He had a warrant for a traffic violation in Cass County and was being held at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department. Goodlow’s charges were subject to bail.

Olivia R. Fleming, 23, of Gallatin, Missouri, was arrested on July 25, 2024 at 3:25 p.m. in Clinton County. She had a warrant out for her arrest for speeding in Clay County. Fleming was taken to the Clay County Detention Center, where her charges were forfeited with bail.

Darryl E. Lear, 64, of Mound City, Missouri, was arrested on July 25, 2024 at 7:16 p.m. in Holt County. He was charged with DUI and driving on the right side of the road when it was wide enough, resulting in an accident. Lear was held at the Holt County Sheriff’s Department for 12 hours.

Darin L. Martin, 23, of Stewartsville, Missouri, was arrested on July 25, 2024 at 7:28 p.m. in Buchanan County. He had a warrant for failure to pay financial responsibility issued by the St. Joseph Police Department and was also charged with failure to wear a seat belt. Martin was held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and his charges were bailable.

Leslie S. Wheeler, 39, of St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested on July 26, 2024 at 9:45 a.m. in Andrew County. She had a Lafayette County warrant out for failure to appear: failure to register a motor vehicle. Wheeler was held in the Andrew County Jail on bail on her charge.

Torey S. Lenz, 35, of Curtis, Nebraska, was arrested on July 26, 2024 at 10:38 p.m. in Caldwell County. He was charged with DUI, aggravated assault, driving the wrong way on a highway, and failure to wear a seatbelt. Lenz was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center for 24 hours.

Dakari J. Streeter, 24, of Bridgeton, Missouri, was arrested on July 27, 2024 at 1:34 p.m. in Buchanan County on a Platte County warrant for failure to appear on a speeding violation. Streeter was held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and his charges were bailable.

Peter A. Babcock, 56, of Novinger, Missouri, was arrested on July 24, 2024 at 3:30 p.m. in Adair County. He was charged with receiving stolen property and operating an SUV on the highway. Babcock was held in the Adair County Jail and later released.

Michael P. Conrad, 47, of Hoffman Estates, Ill., was arrested on July 24, 2024 at 8:09 p.m. in Macon County. He was charged with DUI, DUI with a person under 17 in the vehicle, and speeding. Conrad was held at the Macon County Sheriff’s Department and later released.

Jesse C. Bailey, 37, of Wooldridge, Missouri, was arrested on July 25, 2024 at 4:23 p.m. in Lewis County. He was charged with trespassing and later released.

Paul A. Quiroz, 50, of Hammond, Indiana, was arrested on July 26, 2024 at 4:55 p.m. in Linn County. He was charged with driving while suspended and speeding. Quiroz was later released.

Tomas J. Horn, 18, of Richmond, Missouri, was arrested on July 27, 2024 at 8:20 a.m. in Chariton County. He was charged as a repeat offender with driving under the influence and driving while license revoked. Horn was held in the Randolph County Jail and his charges were bailable.

Jon R. Teter, 44, of Excello, Missouri, was arrested on July 27, 2024 at 12:14 p.m. in Shelby County. He was charged with DUI and possession of an invalid license plate. Teter was held in the Macon County Jail for 24 hours.
