After the alleged perpetrator himself had denied the allegations, saying it was factually impossible that he had pulled the trigger from Italy, he introduced himself at the new hearing: “As a journalist since 2006, I know very well that you have to check all sources before accusing an alleged monster on the front page. I have nothing more to add. I politely ask to be left alone, as I have been a victim of all this since 2018 and criminal proceedings are also underway against these haters.”
