What happened, Davante Adams’ incident with a cameraman?

After the 30-29 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in October 2022 Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams lost his composure and pushed a photographer to the ground on the way to the locker room in an apparently completely unprovoked attack.

The NFL announced a possible suspension and fine for the former Green Bay Packers wide receiver However, he was later informed that he would not be subject to disciplinary action.

According to Kansas City Police the photographer filed a complaint against the recipient for injuries, However, according to authorities, the victim’s life was not in danger.

Davante Adams apologizes

Hours after he pushed the photographer, Davante Adams commented on social media and apologized to the man for his reaction, claiming he was frustrated after the disaster his team suffered.

Sorry to the guy I pushed after the game. Apparently (I was) very frustrated with the outcome of the game, and when he walked in front of me as I was walking out that was my reaction and I immediately felt awful. That’s not me. I’m SORRY man. Hope you see this,” Adams wrote on Twitter.

The police dropped the charges following the case

In June 2023 there was a development in the legal dispute involving Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams.

Prosecutor has decided to drop charges of assault that was filed against Adams in October 2022. That charge related to an incident in which Adams pushed a photographer to the ground as he left the field after a loss in Kansas City.

The case, filed in Kansas City Municipal Court, was officially released on June 5.
