Buffalo man arrested for sexually abusing teenager

Buffalo, NY (WBEN) – Buffalo Police have made an arrest in connection with the sexual abuse of a minor that occurred at Mariner Towers on Saturday afternoon.

At around 4 p.m. ET, Central District officers responded to a sexual assault call alleging that 23-year-old Hassan Khokar had sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl after smoking marijuana with her.

Khokar was arrested and charged with one count of Criminal Sexual Assault in the Second Degree (Class “D” Felony), one count of Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree (Class “A” Misdemeanor), and one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
