Man charged with drug offenses following investigation in Anderson County

ANDERSON COUNTY, SC (WSPA) – A man is facing drug charges following an investigation in Anderson County.

The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office launched an investigation into a man selling drugs within walking distance of an elementary school.

Officers executed a search warrant for Daquan Milner’s residence on New Prospect Church Road and discovered approximately 1,000 compressed fentanyl tablets weighing more than 100 grams as well as firearms.

At the beginning of the investigation, officers discovered that Milner was selling pills and methamphetamine.

He was charged with fentanyl trafficking, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime and distribution near a school.

He is currently being held at the Anderson County Detention Center.
