Perpetual Treasuries Limited: Suspension extended

• Extension of the suspension of business of Perpetual Treasuries Limited

The Central Bank of Sri Lanka has, pursuant to the provisions of the Registered Shares and Securities Regulations and the Local Treasury Bills Regulations, decided to extend the suspension of Perpetual Treasuries Limited (PTL) from carrying on the business and activities of a primary dealer for a further period of six months with effect from 4.30pm on 5 July 2024 in order to continue the ongoing investigations of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
