BILLINGS, Montana – Vet-To-Go, Inc., a Billings-based mobile veterinarian, posted on social media that one of their receptionists had her car, two dogs and her phone stolen on Saturday.

They report that the dogs and car were stolen while the receptionist was dropping off her dogs at Quirky K9 Grooming on 24th St W in Billings. The groomer’s security camera footage showed a man jumping into her car and driving away with the vehicle.

There were three dogs and her phone in the car.

The car thief drove away in the stolen vehicle and turned off the phone. He left a crate with one of the dogs around the corner, but two dogs remained in the car, a male and female French bulldog with light brown fur, as pictured above.

Later that day, the vehicle was spotted near Pryor, Montana, and the two bulldog puppies were found.

It is assumed that the dogs were thrown from the moving vehicle. Unfortunately, the bulldog Posh died. The male dog Tye received medical treatment at a veterinary clinic. Tye is now in a stable condition.

The vehicle has not yet been found and the thief is still on the run. The person who stole the car is described as a thin man with long black hair. The vehicle was a dark red Subaru with a tan underside and a Montana license plate.

If you have any information regarding the location of the vehicle, you are asked to immediately contact Billings Police at (406) 657-8200.
