Authorities say the owner of a Manchester gym was arrested for sexually abusing an underage girl

A Manchester man has been arrested in connection with an alleged sexual assault at his gym, the Training Station, authorities said. Manchester police said 51-year-old Terry Dow turned himself in to authorities on Thursday. Authorities said they received a letter from DCYF in May stating Dow picked up an underage girl at her home and took her to the Training Station at 200 Elm Street. Authorities said Dow allegedly entered the women’s locker room where the girl was and touched her inappropriately. Authorities said Dow told the girl not to tell her parents. Authorities said the girl reported the incident, which led to an investigation. Manchester police said Dow has been charged with one count of aggravated sexual assault and one count of simple assault. Authorities are investigating, and anyone with information is asked to contact Manchester police.
