Child pornography investigation leads to 3 arrests and toddler taken from New Caney home, says Montgomery County Pct. 3

NEW CANEY, Texas (KTRK) – Authorities seized a toddler from a New Caney home and arrested three people Tuesday following a child pornography investigation.

The Montgomery County Police Office’s 3rd Precinct said officers were executing a search warrant for the home when they discovered the toddler as well as several animals.

The house was uninhabitable and covered in animal urine and feces. The youth welfare office took the baby away and the animals were taken away by animal control.

Deputies said the arrest warrant was the result of an investigation related to the crime of promoting and distributing child pornography in The Woodlands.

The investigation led to the arrest of Robert Walker, Frances Walker and Leigh Baker, all of whom lived in the house. The three were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

Robert Walker was found responsible for promoting and possessing thousands of images depicting sexual assaults on infants and young children. He was charged with five counts of promoting/distributing child pornography, endangering a child and cruelty to animals. He is being held on $170,500 bail.

Frances Walker and Leigh Baker were charged with cruelty to animals and endangering a child, District 3 said. They are being held on $25,750 bail.
