Man wanted for sexual abuse of a child arrested in Austin County

A fugitive wanted for sex crimes against a child was arrested in Austin County.

Clarence Cloud, 31, was the subject of an operation in the early morning hours of June 14. He was wanted in Harris County on a warrant for aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Austin County Sheriff’s Special Forces – including a new dog named Knox – found Cloud at an apartment in New Ulm, Texas and arrested him. He was transported to the Austin County Jail and arrested without further incident.
