DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES (KABC) — Police say there were no injuries following reports of a possible shooting near the Walt Disney Concert Hall in downtown Los Angeles.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department’s Central Division, 1st Street and Grand Avenue remain closed due to an “ongoing investigation,” but no further details were provided.

“There are currently no reports of injuries,” the department said on X.

Initial reports suggested there may have been a shooting, but police have not released any information suggesting that shots were fired.

A video from AIR7 showed several police cars parked in front of the building.

The Los Angeles County Department of Education hosted a graduation ceremony Thursday afternoon to honor graduates of juvenile justice schools and alternative schools.

This is a developing story. This article will be continually updated as new information becomes available.
