Emergency in Horsham Township as burglary escalates into shooting investigation, dispatchers say | Southeastern Pennsylvania

HORSHAM TWP., Pa. – Police are investigating a shooting in Montgomery County.

It was reported just before 6 a.m. Wednesday at a shopping center in the 1400 block of Bethlehem Pike (Route 309) in Horsham Township.

The first 911 call was about a break-in, county dispatchers said.

Police and EMS were on scene to investigate a shooting, dispatchers said.

Authorities did not yet have any further information about the incident or the extent of the injuries.
