TBI issues Silver Alert for missing Sullivan County man

SULLIVAN COUNTY, Tenn. (WCYB) — UPDATE: TBI says Steve Nelms has now been found safe and sound in Rogersville, Tennessee

The TBI has issued a Silver Alert for a missing man from Sullivan County.

Steve Nelms is said to have been missing since Thursday morning.

Nelms is 70 years old, 1.88 m tall and weighs 72 kg.
