Police looking for suspects in connection with East Granby incident

EAST GRANBY, Conn. (WTNH) – Connecticut State Police are searching for two people after an alarm system at a residence on Wyncairne Drive caught suspects attempting to break into a home.

According to police, a slim black man wearing a baseball cap and a yellow and blue Amazon vest was with another suspect wearing gray sweatpants and a gray hoodie when they smashed a glass pane of the house before leaving the scene.

A neighbor described the suspects leaving the scene in an older-model gray Subaru or Ford Escape SUV.

Nothing valuable was stolen from the house, but the rear patio door was broken and the window was smashed.

The homeowner provided a photo of the suspects.
