Azerbaijan does not suspend interest subsidies for entrepreneurs with restructured loans – decree

BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 27. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has amended the “Procedure for providing interest subsidies to entrepreneurs by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan for loans received by entrepreneurs in manat from credit institutions,” approved by the decree of February 1, 2024, Dasfazitvivod reports.

President Ilham Aliyev has signed a new decree in this regard.

According to the decree, the payment of interest subsidies to entrepreneurs whose loans had to be restructured due to late payments of more than 90 days will no longer be suspended.
