Greenville County shooting under investigation

GREENVILLE COUNTY, SC (WSPA) – Officers are investigating a shooting that sent one person to the hospital Friday evening.

According to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office, officers were called to Crestwood Forest Drive for a shooting around 10 p.m. Once on scene, officers discovered that a man had suffered at least one gunshot wound. The man was taken to hospital for treatment.

The shooting is under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or Crime Stoppers of Greenville at 23-CRIME.
