Silver Alert issued for missing Henry County man

STRAUGHN, Indiana – Indiana State Police issued a Silver Alert Sunday morning for a man missing from Straughn.

The Henry County Sheriff’s Department is looking for 75-year-old Michael Dixon. He is described as a 5’6″ tall man, weighing approximately 125 pounds, with gray hair and hazel eyes.

Dixon was last seen on Saturday, July 27, at 2:30 p.m. Police say he was last seen wearing a gray shirt, jeans with black suspenders, and black boots. Dixon was also driving a white 2016 Dodge truck with Indiana license plate GL271B.

He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical attention.
