Investigations underway after three people injured in car crash in Manhattan near Herald Square

MANHATTAN, NEW YORK (July 19, 2024) – Three people were injured in a car accident at Herald Square in Manhattan at the corner of 34th Street and Sixth Avenue.

According to the New York Police Department, the accident occurred on Saturday around 9 p.m. Two vehicles collided at the intersection under unclear circumstances.

Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene to help the victims. Three people were hospitalized following the Herald Square accident. One person was in critical condition.

A full investigation into the collision is currently ongoing.
