Brown spoke personally with ABC7 after his release.

“As I was walking around, he waved me over and said some foul language. And I wanted to get my answer, and I’m going to get my answer, because he’s a fellow attorney and he should know better than all his behavior,” Brown said.

Brown said he was charged with resisting arrest and was also served with a restraining order.

Holmes is accused of sexually harassing a former Dolton employee during a trip to Las Vegas last year.

These allegations are currently under investigation, but no charges have been filed against Holmes.

However, Holmes is facing a civil lawsuit filed by alleged victim Fenia Dukes, who was present at Brown’s release on Tuesday.

“This is wrong, and all of this happened because of something I said,” Dukes said. “I just want to say to everybody: thank God – thank God for this man. I don’t know you, but thank you.”

ABC7 has asked Holmes for a response.

He declined to comment on the allegations of sexual assault or what happened during the meeting on Monday evening.
