INDIANAPOLIS — A man was arrested for raping a mother and her daughter in an Indianapolis home.

Teshon Gardner, 21, has been preliminarily charged with two counts of rape. According to court documents, the woman had just arrived home with her daughter when a man wearing an American flag mask knocked on the door and pointed a gun at the mother.

He pointed the gun at her and forced the mother onto a sofa in the house and raped her several times. Investigators say he then found the 12-year-old girl in the house and raped her several times as well. He is said to have recorded the entire act on his cell phone.

When he finally left, she called the police and told them everything that had happened. She even described some of the perpetrator’s tattoos and the type of pickup truck he drove away in.

Investigators found a Ford F-150 pickup truck that matched the description of the vehicle he fled in. They stopped it and took Gardner, who was driving it, into the police station for questioning, and were able to identify some of the tattoos the woman had described.

According to court documents, Gardner denied having sexual contact with anyone that day, but police had enough evidence to charge Gardner with two counts of rape.
