20-year-old killed in nighttime accident in Spotsylvania

SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Virginia (DC News Now) — The Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a man was killed in a car crash early Sunday morning.

Officers responded to the single-vehicle crash just before 12:15 a.m. in the 10,000 block of Wallers Road in Partlow, where they found a pickup truck that had collided with a tree.

The driver, 20-year-old Robert Andrew Green, was pronounced dead at the scene.
