Adbris agreement effective; shares suspended

ADBR (AU:ABC) has released an update.

Adbri Limited has confirmed the legality of its Scheme of Arrangement following approval by the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Shares not held by Barro Group will be acquired by CRH ANZ Pty Ltd, with trading in Adbri shares on the ASX expected to be suspended from close of trading today. On the expected implementation date of 1 July 2024, Adbri shareholders will receive a cash payment of $3.20 per share held as at 21 June 2024.
