Rochester man arrested for public nuisance at Eastview Mall – Finger Lakes Daily News

Police arrested a Rochester man for public nuisance following an incident over the weekend in Ontario County.

A customer observed 73-year-old Rex Ahrens allegedly masturbating in the golf section of Dick’s House of Sport at Eastview Mall in Victor on Saturday afternoon.

After his arrest, Ahrens was released on a summons to appear in Victor City Court.
