Teenager killed in motorcycle crash in southeast Ohio

VINTON COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) – A teenager died in a motorcycle crash in Vinton County on Friday, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.

Mason White, 18, of New Plymouth, Ohio, died at the scene, police said.

The accident was reported shortly after 4:30 p.m. on State Route 56 near mile marker 4 in Swan Township.

According to investigators, White apparently lost control and crashed into a mailbox and a ditch.
