Atlanta Markets changes dates to 2026 due to FIFA World Cup

Due to the upcoming FIFA World Cup, Andmore has announced schedule changes for the 2026 summer edition of Atlanta Market.

To avoid any overlap with the FIFA World Cup matches taking place in Atlanta that summer, Andmore decided to move the Atlanta market up the calendar and run it concurrently with Atlanta Apparel at AmericasMart Atlanta. The new dates will be June 9, 2026 to June 14, 2026, with a temporary opening on June 10.

“When we learned that our Atlanta summer market overlapped with FIFA World Cup matches, we began exploring alternative dates to secure hotel rooms and necessary amenities for our tenants, exhibitors and attendees,” said Jon Pertchik, CEO of Andmore. “Simultaneous programming of the Andmore Apparel & Gift and Home Markets for summer 2026 will provide both sectors with a unique opportunity to enjoy a dynamic and efficient market experience.

The typical mid-July summer market dates directly conflict with World Cup matches scheduled from mid-June to mid-July, including a semifinal match on July 15 in downtown ‘Atlanta. The football event is expected to maximize hotels and accommodations during the tournament.

With the Atlanta market moving to June, Andmore has secured additional hotel blocks to ensure ample space for Atlanta Apparel attendees. Market visitors can begin booking 2026 accommodations on July 14, 2025 through the market websites or AmericasMart’s on-site reservation desk.

Changes to 2026 will have no impact on other dates through 2024 or 2025. Atlanta Market Summer 2024 will take place July 16-22; Summer 2025 will extend from July 15, 2025 to July 21, 2025.
