Man arrested and accused of groping 15-year-old in Tulsa restaurant

Officers said they were called to a restaurant near the corner of 71st Street and Garnett on Tuesday after witnesses told police that 40-year-old Randy Francis grabbed the teenager as he entered the restaurant.

TULSA, Oklahoma. –

Tulsa police have arrested a man accused of groping a 15-year-old girl in public.

Officers said they were called to a restaurant near the corner of 71st Street and Garnett on Tuesday after witnesses told police that 40-year-old Randy Francis grabbed the teenager as he entered the restaurant.

They said the restaurant owner locked him in the restaurant until police arrived.

Police said the incident was captured on video and they arrested Francis for sexual battery.
