Woman arrested for suspected burglary

EDINBURG, NY (NEWS10) — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of a Northville woman for an alleged burglary at Fuller’s Corner Store. Kerrilyn Polite, 41, was charged with third-degree burglary.

Police said they responded to a report of an inactive burglary at the corner store in Edinburg at 7:29 a.m. Tuesday. Polite is alleged to have unlawfully entered the building and remained there to commit a crime.

Polite was arraigned in Edinburg Municipal Court and then taken to the Saratoga County Jail to await further action in the case.
