More than 100 displaced by massive apartment fire on Howell Mill Road – WSB-TV Channel 2

ATLANTA — More than 100 people were displaced by a massive fire at a Howell Mill Road apartment Saturday.

Drone News 2 flew over the scene as a large cloud of black smoke was seen coming from the top of the village of Bell Collier on Howell Mill Road.

Fortunately, everyone escaped safely, according to firefighters.

The American Red Cross told Channel 2 Action News it would help more than 100 people on Sunday.

The fire brigade has been informed News on channel 2 that everyone escaped the fire safely.

One resident told Griffin it would be at least 48 hours before people could go check
