News Flash • Sidney Police Lieutenant graduates from Ohio Po

On June 28, 2024, Sidney Police Lieutenant Ethan Brown graduated from the 88th class of the Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police/Ohio Law Enforcement Foundation Police Executive Leadership College (PELC).

PELC is a three-week leadership training program, each delivered over three (3) months. The program is based on the premise that leadership skills are learnable and that leaders can significantly improve their leadership skills when given the opportunity for feedback and practice. PELC provides law enforcement leaders with one of those rare moments in their professional careers where they learn how to practice and apply leadership concepts. It is an intensive learning experience that focuses on leadership skills that are critical to long-term personal and professional growth and success, and helps police leaders transform the organization – ultimately for the good of the community.
