Silver Alert issued for missing Wellington man

WELLINGTON, Kansas (KSNW) – Authorities are asking the public for help in locating a missing Wellington man.

The Wellington Police Department requested that the Kansas Bureau of Investigation issue a statewide Silver Alert for 67-year-old Ronald Cook.

Cook was last seen leaving his home at 1 p.m. on Sunday. He was wearing a beige shirt and dark gray sweatpants. Cook is 5’9″ tall and weighs 250 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.

He is believed to be driving a 2007 Ford Edge with Kansas license plate 2503ACZ.
