Two dead in shooting in Cahokia Heights

CAHOKIA HEIGHTS, Illinois – Authorities say two men were killed in a shooting in Cahokia Heights Friday afternoon.

Police responded to a 911 call about a shooting in the 100 block of Judith Ln. before 4 p.m. When they arrived, they found 41-year-old Anthony Andrews and 40-year-old Torian Hopkins.

Both men were pronounced dead at the scene. Medical Examiner Calvin Dye Sr. confirmed that Andrews and Hopkins were shot multiple times.
