Buffalo Trace Distillery Releases Colonel EH Taylor, Jr. Barrel Proof Rye

Buffalo Trace Distillery has announced the release of Colonel EH Taylor, Jr. Barrel Proof Rye, the 13th release to join the Colonel EH Taylor, Jr. collection.

Bottled at 126 proof (63% ABV), Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Barrel Proof Rye is described as having aromas of “white pepper and nutty notes, with a touch of fresh florals and candied apricot.” The palate exhibits “a range of complex flavors, balancing sweet, dried stone fruits with pepper and oak dryness.” The finish is “full and honey-sweet.”

Colonel EH Taylor, Jr. Barrel Proof Rye is available now in very limited quantities at a suggested retail price of $77.99 per 750 ml bottle.
