Two Colombian citizens were arrested for using stolen credit cards in Irvine – New Santa Ana

On Thursday, Irvine Police The Spectrum team found a needle in a haystack. A wallet theft occurred at Trader Joe’s in Woodbury.

When patrol officers learned that the victim’s cards were being used at Spectrum, Spectrum officers sprang into action.

They quickly spotted two suspects walking from the mall into the parking lot with their ill-gotten purchases. During the investigation, the victim’s stolen credit cards, wallet and cell phone wrapped in aluminum foil were found.

Jesus Alberto Ramirez Mendoza26, from Granada HillsAnd Luz Adriana Gomez Garcia32, of Los Angeles, was arrested and booked into the Orange County Jail on numerous charges, including burglary.

Both suspects are Colombian citizens.
