In an accident in Maryland, a garbage truck collides with a semi-trailer

TIMONIUM, Maryland – On the morning of Thursday, June 6, a garbage truck became stuck in the trailer of a semi-trailer on Interstate 83 in Timonium, Maryland.

According to the Baltimore County Volunteer Firefighters Association, one person was extricated from the garbage truck and flown by the Maryland State Police flight unit to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Further details about the crash were not immediately disclosed.
