Family raises money to reunite Farmingdale HS loved ones killed in Washington accident

A family is hoping to reunite a Long Island couple who died in a crash in Washington state.

Farmingdale High School sweethearts Suzie Kedar and Sam Cullen were killed in Thursday’s accident.

The family tells News 12 the couple lived together on Whidbey Island, Washington, where Cullen was stationed as a Petty Officer 2nd Class in the United States Navy.

News 12 is told the Navy will ensure the return of Cullen’s body, but Kedar’s family is raising money to bring her body home.

Over $50,000 has already been raised for the family. The original goal was $30,000.
