Investigation into assault against Kanye West following alleged punching incident on Ice

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the rapper and the twin brothers To mark And Jonnie Houston have concealed their claims caught the wrong twin in the face at the Chateau Marmont after he thought one of them had attacked his wife Bianca Censori In April.

Although Kanye’s camp claimed that Bianca had been attacked … Police said they found no evidence of an assault when they reviewed surveillance footage. They could only assume that one of the twins had accidentally bumped into Bianca.

We were told that the police were relying on the cooperation of brothers Mark, Jonnie and/or Kanye in the investigation – but all three simply ignored all of their chat requests.

We’re told that officials believe Ye and the twins may have settled their differences privately… and that’s likely why there are ongoing protests on both sides. We’re told that police simply don’t have enough leverage to even turn the case over to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.
