JD(S) complains that Rahul Gandhi alleged that Prajwal Revanna raped 400 women

The JD(S) complained to Karnataka DGP Alok Mohan about Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for allegedly claiming that sexual abuse accused Prajwal Revanna had “raped 400 women”.

His Majesty Ramesh Gowda has filed a complaint seeking registration of a criminal case against Gandhi under Section 202 of the IPC for his alleged remarks during election rallies.

In his complaint, the JD(S) leader also referred to Gandhi’s alleged statement: “Prajwal Revanna raped 400 women and made videos of it. This is not a sex scandal, it is gang rape. And the Prime Minister has supported this gang rapist in front of the people of Karnataka and asked for their vote. He says if you vote for this gang rapist, it will help him.”
