Roseburg Police Cite Woman for Theft – KQEN News Radio

Roseburg police charged a woman with theft on Sunday evening.

An RPD report said at 11:20 p.m., officers contacted a 23-year-old woman in the 200 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard after an employee of the business saw the suspect using their water and electricity. The woman admitted to using both. She was charged with theft of services and released at the scene.
