According to the CPSC, the gas cap does not fit properly and can cause fuel to leak around the filler neck, posing a fire hazard.

They were sold in green, fringed, red, fossil and wood colors, with “Prowler” or “Tracker” printed on the side of the cargo crate.

The recall affects the Prowler Pro, Pro Crew, Tracker 800SX and Tracker 800SX Crew models.

The tenth digit of the vehicle identification number has an ā€œNā€ for the 2022 model year or ā€œPā€ for the 2023 version.

They were sold from April 2021 to September 2023 at Arctic Cat and Tracker dealers nationwide, including Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s, for between $14,000 and $22,000.

If you own one of the recalled commercial vehicles, you are asked to stop using them and contact an authorized dealer for a free inspection and repair.
