Suspecting a conspiracy in the Hathras stampede, UP CM Yogi Adityanath on July 7 said the state government has decided to initiate a judicial inquiry into the incident. “We cannot deny that this kind of case cannot be just an incident. And if it is an incident, then who is responsible? And if it was not an incident, then who is behind it? Considering all these aspects, the state government has decided to initiate a judicial inquiry,” Yogi Adityanath said. Speaking to ANI on July 7 about the Hathras stampede, advocate AP Singh claimed that unidentified men ran away while spraying poisonous sprays, which looked like part of a planned conspiracy. “…Unidentified men were carrying poison sprays… They ran and sprayed the poison spray and it looked like part of a planned conspiracy… Many people lost consciousness… I request the Special Investigation Team to investigate who all is behind this incident…” said lawyer AP Singh.
