Music is Art Festival is moving

BUFFALO, NY — Organizers of the Music is Art festival have announced that the venue for the upcoming event will be changing. Originally scheduled to be held at the AKG, the festival will now be held at Buffalo’s Outer Harbor.

Organizers said the change was due to difficulties in staging the festival on the AKG grounds.

In a press release, the group said, “To bring WNY the experience they have come to expect with our annual festival, we are beyond excited to announce that AKG and BSU will be joining us at our new location on September 21, 2024 at the NEW location for our annual Music is Art Festival, Buffalo’s newest concert venue, Terminal B, nearby Lakeside Lawn and Buffalo’s Outer Harbor.”

The event will take place on Saturday, September 21 from 11am to 11pm. Admission and parking are free for participants.
