1 dead in traffic accident in Butler County

BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio – One person is dead following a crash early Sunday morning, the Butler County Sheriff’s Office said.

Officers responded to reports of a single-vehicle crash in the 2200 block of Stahlheber Road.

When officers arrived, they found the driver trapped in his vehicle. Firefighters freed the driver, who died at the scene, officials said.

Investigators determined that the vehicle was traveling east on Stahlheber Road and had apparently rolled over several times.

Speed ​​was a possible factor in this accident, deputies said.

The investigation into the crash is still ongoing, lawmakers said.
