Tamar Braxton says there’s no chance she’ll be on Real Housewives of Atlanta. This is why… – WSB-TV Channel 2

ATLANTA — Despite her own reality TV experience, Tamar Braxton says there’s no way she could be a cast member on “Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

Braxton is known for her starring roles in Braxton Family Values,» and its spin-off series “Tamar & Vince”.

In a recent episode of Podcast “Reality with the King”Braxton said she had “conversations” about being on the show, but said no.

“The truth is, I can’t sit around in makeup and put on a wig and have my face beaten to chat with a bunch of assholes for nothing,” Braxton said. “I can not do it. What does this bring to my life? Like, what’s the argument? I can’t.”

During the podcast, she said she was worried about her reputation and questioned the value of going on the show.

“At some point you have to be responsible for what you put on the television screen. I don’t want to be part of that kind of television. I want to make epic, funny, good, relevant, epic television.
