Pedestrian taken to hospital with serious injuries after collision, police said

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A pedestrian was struck on Laskey Road Saturday night while running across the street, Toledo police said.

According to TPD, a pedestrian ran across the street outside the crosswalk before being struck by a vehicle traveling westbound on Laskey.

The pedestrian was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries and TPD says they were unable to identify the victim.

Officials said the driver was not at fault, was not injured and the accident was under investigation.
