The other photo shows the aftermath of the incident, which shows her lying in a hospital bed with a brace on her knee and neck and an IV in her arm. “How it started vs. how it continues,” she captioned the post. The “Out-Laws” star also shared an update on her Instagram Stories – posting a selfie of herself in the hospital and a message that read, “I’m doing well but the road to recovery is going to be long.” Nina didn’t reveal any further details about the incident, but her famous pals showered her with well wishes in her comments section, with Sophia Bush writing, “Noooo! You poor baby.” Her “Vampire Diaries” co-star Kayla Ewell also commented, writing, “Nina is making the hospital gown the new spring trend. I love you! You wear it like a champ!”
