Carrie Underwood is back in action after suffering a broken wrist and a worrying facial injury in a fall outside her home in November 2017.

The country singer performed her new single “Cry Pretty” during the Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday – her first performance since the 2017 Country Music Awards and the first time fans saw her face in person after the accident. (Note: She looked Great as usual.)
