Eason Chan celebrates his 50th birthday in first IG post since the accident

30th July – Eason Chan has finally updated his social media to celebrate his 50th birthday since his last hospital stay.

On July 28, the Hong Kong singer posted a clip of himself celebrating his birthday with various cupcakes forming the letter “E,” writing, “I’m glad there are so many people who care about me and encourage me every time I experience setbacks. I wish I could reheat this ❤️ and share it with those of you who are feeling temporarily frustrated.”

“Take a deep breath and breathe out slowly. Look up! We’re in this together!” he added.

In the clip, Eason appears to have recovered from his injury; there is no longer a scar on his chin, which reportedly required 30 stitches.

In June, the singer had to postpone his concert in Chongqing and Foshan until next year after he broke his cheekbone in an accident caused by heat stroke.
